FORMI BODYBUILDING
I will share with you my adventures and experience from my bodybuilding life.
My bodybuilding life / working out
Beginning
You wonder how it everything began. It's very simple. In my young age(15 - 18 years old) I was very skinny, I know a lot of you will wonder what "very skinny" means. We are talking about height of 180 cm/5 ft 9 with weight about 50-50 kg / 110 - 120 lbs. I didn't pay any attention to nutrition or eating properly., because I was playing computer games and I mean a lot, we are talking about 8-12 hours a day next to the school and sleeping about 4-5 hours. By end of November 2012 I went to the gym for the first time and I decided, that I want to be a bodybuilder. That first workout changed everything and I felt in love with working out. Since I was in that time already 18 y.ears old, it felt like the right age to start.
The Goal
Since day one I decided, that I will stand on the bodybuilding stage one day and even my family or friends didn't believe in me, I knew that I can make it and that believe kept me going.I can proudly say, that I made it!
First Competition
I always wanted to stand on the bodybuilding stage one day and that became a reality ! In 2018 I steped on the stage, first in Czech Republic and then in Italy. It took me approx. 5,5 years to achieve my goal, but when I look back, it feels much shorter than that. In my first year of competing (2018) I didn't place in top 6, because all guys were either bigger (had more muscle mass) or had better genetics. After my first competition I was kind of dissapointed with my placing, but it thought me to love what I do, instead of doing it for an award.
Supplements
Everyone, who has been working out for some time, knows that at some point, the only way to improve yourself is to take additional supplements, which helps you to get to another level.
My view of
working out
I believe that working out, even a little, helps to keep your body healthy and after so many years of training I can't imagine today how would be my life without it. It became a part of my life (part of me).
